Free design visit
We come to your home, measure the space and talk through what you want to change, how you use the room and what you want to spend.

Fixed written price
You get a written scope and a fixed price. Materials and finishes are listed so you can compare them line by line.

Contract and schedule
When you decide to move forward, we sign a contract that includes the price, the scope, the schedule and the warranty terms.

Build
Licensed trades do the work, and Ben is on the job. You get updates as the project moves.

Final walkthrough
We walk the finished space with you, go through anything that needs a touch-up, and hand over the warranty details.

That depends on the scope. We talk through what to expect, such as a kitchen being out of use, at the design visit.
