We stand behind our work. Remodels carry a 2-year warranty and new builds carry a 5-year warranty, both in writing.
What is covered
- 2 years on remodels, from the day the job is complete.
- 5 years on new builds, from the day the job is complete.
- The terms are written into your contract, next to the fixed price and the scope of work.
- Our trades are licensed and insured, in line with Texas requirements.
The contract is the controlling document for your job. If you want to read the warranty language before you sign, ask for it at the design visit and we will send it ahead of time.
